What each service means
- ¹ Backups: previous versions of files and databases can be restored, within the limits of your current hosting service.
- ² Priority attention: preferential response for emergencies.
- ³ Updates: security patches first, as long as they do not compromise the correct functioning of the platform.
- ⁴ Extra requests: priority for requests related to other projects.
- ⁵ Improvements: study and, when possible, application of performance, security and privacy improvements.
- ⁶ Anomalies: periodic identification of anomalies and/or vulnerabilities.
- ⁷ Search Console: setup and periodic review to identify possible improvements.
- ⁸ Third-party advice: consulting for contracting third-party services or tools — only while the monthly hour quota lasts.
- ⁹ SSL: checks of the active certificate validity and redirect status; we give notice when renewal approaches.

Conditions
- CTO_MODE™ (Chief Technology Officer Mode) is a high-involvement collaboration model in which Tum de dum assumes the technical direction of the project.
- Tum de dum reserves the right to adjust rates annually in line with CPI.
- Monthly studies and improvements depend on the hours contracted; maintenance and security topics take priority.
- Minimum term: 12 months for STARTER and PROFESSIONAL, 6 months for BUSINESS.
- Prices exclude VAT.
